Simply Sent Class

I will be having a simply Sent Card class This Tueday, August 24 at my home at 7:oopm.

The cost of the class is $20, and includes a boxed set of 8 cards with envelopes, and ink pen, and a small container to hold postage stamps.

Card for Shelli Gardner

Here is a card that I made for the Advisory Board to give to Shelli at the end of the year.

The card uses the Elements of Style stamp set, The Elegant Lines embossing folder, the Elegant Soiree Designer paper, the mini vintage tags, the Chantilly Lace, and  was spritzed using the Log Cabin smooch spritz.

Hydrangea Card

Here is a card I made using the Because I Care level one hostess set from the Stampin' Up! 2010 - 2011 Catalog. I used some of the new Antique brads, Old Olive taffeta ribbon, and the hydrangea was stamped using Champaigne shimmer paint mixed with classic reinkers. This is what makes the shimmer that you can see if you look closely. I also spritzed the square lattice background with vanilla smooch spritz.

More samples from the Stampin' Up! Holiday Mini Catalog!

My group is doing a swap for the Holiday Mini Catalog. I always tell myself that I don't have time to do this, but I just cannot resist, as my group does such awesome work!  Here is the swap I am working on. Although, I cannot order enough of the glitter brads right now, so I will substitute vintage brads. I just love this new French Foliage Set!

I made this card using the Early Espresso cardstock, ink and taffeta ribbon, the French Foliage stamp set, our new glitter brads, Tangerine tango ink and cadstock, River rock ink and cardstock, the square lattice texture plate, and crumb cake cardstock and ink.

The color combination is even  prettier in person!

Holiday Mini Catalog Christmas samples!

I received my shipment of new Stampin' Up! Holiday Mini Catalog products yesterday and had a bit of time to use them. Here is what I came up with in the short time I had. What fun! There are so many new products, I wasn't sure where to start!

I am having a "Drop In" Event Thurs. August 5 from 6:00 - 8:30 at Za's Restaurant across from Market Place Mall. Stop in for a few minutes on your way home from work and check out tons of samples from convention, as well as a sneak peek of some of the new Holiday Mini Catalog products!  There will be a fun project to make and take home with you as well!

LOVE the new snowflake Impressions Texture folder, as well as the sweet snow globe stamp that can be used with the sweet treat cups!

 
 

The new Candy Wrapper Die for the Big Shot is so fun!  I also LOVE the new Big Buttons, the seam binding ribbon in various colors and the new punch, glass glitter in Champagne, and the Christmas Collage stamp! This Candy Wrapper Die would make great WEDDING FAVORS as well!

The new Christmas Postcard Stamp is absolutely beautiful!  Done on watercolor paper, it is really pretty easy to watercolor, and definitely worth the effort!
